By accessing or using the services provided by ScriptDone Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

ScriptDone Software provides software development services, including but not limited to coding, testing, and deployment. The specific details of the services will be outlined in a separate agreement between ScriptDone Software and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary information and cooperation required for the successful completion of the software development project. Delays or issues arising from the client’s failure to fulfill their responsibilities are not the responsibility of ScriptDone Software.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. ScriptDone Software reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received according to the agreed-upon terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights for the developed software belong to the client upon full payment. ScriptDone Software retains the right to use the developed software for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party during the course of the project.

7. Warranty and Support

ScriptDone Software provides a warranty period for its services, as outlined in the project agreement. Additionally, support services may be provided after the completion of the project, subject to a separate agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the services for cause with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of these Terms & Conditions.
