Support & Maintenance Policy

At Scriptdone, we believe in building long-term partnerships with our clients. This policy explains the scope, duration, and limitations of our support services after project delivery.

1. Support for SaaS Products

For all SaaS product development projects, Scriptdone provides:

  • 6 months of free technical support starting from the final project handover date.
  • Bug fixes related to the original development scope.
  • Performance issues caused by our code.
  • Security-related patches within the original scope.

Not included: New features, design or workflow changes, third-party tool changes, major upgrades, or architecture changes.

2. Website Development Support

For standard website development projects, Scriptdone provides:

  • 1 month of free support after project delivery.
  • Bug fixes and minor technical issues caused by our development.

Revision Policy:

  • UI/UX Design: 2 revisions
  • Website Development: 3 revisions
  • Landing Pages: 1 revision

Any revision beyond the allowed limit will be charged separately.

3. Server Maintenance (Monthly Paid Service)

Server maintenance is offered only on a paid monthly basis.

  • Server monitoring and uptime checks
  • Basic security updates
  • Performance optimization
  • Backup configuration (if agreed)

Not included: Server migrations, infrastructure changes, new service installations, or major version upgrades.

4. Website Management (Optional Monthly Service)

Website management is available as a monthly paid service. This includes:

  • Keeping the website live and stable
  • Basic technical maintenance
  • Error monitoring

This service does not include content updates, design changes, or new features. Only maintenance of the existing website is covered.

5. Support Limitations

  • Issues caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or plugins
  • Unauthorized code or server changes by the client or external teams
  • Force majeure events such as cyber-attacks, data center failures, or natural disasters

6. Paid Support After Free Period

Once the free support period ends, continued services will be provided under a paid maintenance or custom support plan.

7. Policy Updates

Scriptdone reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page.
