Scriptdone Software
All projects are executed only after written confirmation (email, proposal, or contract) and receipt of the required advance payment. Any work outside the approved scope will be charged separately.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST or local taxes). The client is responsible for paying all government taxes. Scriptdone will provide a valid invoice with company tax details upon request.
Any changes beyond the included revisions will be billed separately.
Support is provided as per Scriptdone’s Support & Maintenance Policy:
Clients must provide accurate information, content, and timely approvals. Scriptdone is not responsible for delays caused by the client.
All designs, code, and deliverables remain the property of Scriptdone until full payment is received. Ownership transfers to the client after full payment, excluding third-party tools and licenses.
Both parties agree to keep all business, technical, and project information confidential.
Scriptdone is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages including loss of business, revenue, or data.
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Work completed will be billed. Advance payments are non-refundable.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Clients may request company registration and tax information. Official invoices and receipts will be provided.
